Second Course

Caramelized leek and whipped feta with sundried tomato and pepper pesto, spiced walnuts and crispy potato.

Third Course

Beer braised beef short ribs with manchego whipped potato, hot honey carrots, grilled zucchini roll, confit garlic oil.

Fourth Course

Lemon mousse torte with blueberry meringue, whipped cream, chocolate garnish, lemon candy, strawberry, raspberry and mint
