The Winnipeg Winter Club has a strategic partnership with Evolution Hockey; a premier hockey development organization and Manitoba’s first licensed Hockey Canada Skills Program. Evolution Hockey delivers many high-quality on-ice programs at the Club during the year including youth multi-sport development camps in the summer.
Club Hockey
Our signature adult hockey program is designed with busy professionals and parents in mind—those who appreciate the thrill of the game, the camaraderie of teammates, and the convenience of playing during coveted prime-time ice slots.
With dedicated on-site hockey lockers, members can leave their gear at the Club, eliminating the hassle of transporting equipment to and from the rink. After the final whistle, unwind with a post-game steam and a drink with fellow players, embracing the full Club experience. Evolution Play (Youth)
This Evolution Hockey program features small area games and competition to all athletes to get the reps needed to continue their development. Using a play-based approach, Evolution Hockey keeps athletes engaged with skills including skating, shooting, puck control and more.

Riley Dudar
Head Professional, Hockey
Riley is a certified Hockey Canada skills coach, High Performance 1 coach, and a certified mental game coaching professional. He manages Evolution Hockey’s research and coach development, educating players and coaches on the progressive nuances of the game. Riley also consults with many of Manitoba’s elite amateur and professional players, working on their individual games through video and private sessions.
In addition, Riley is a scout for the USHL’s Chicago Steel, and the Director of Player Development for the Western Canadian Hockey Academy and the Brandon Wheat Kings.
