Join us for an evening of all Canadian food and wine pairings curated by Red Seal Chef Dan and Sommelier Domer Rafael.

Start with an assortment of cheeses served with sparkling wine, then explore the tastes of Canada with a six course dinner. Each course is paired with a different wine. Taxes and gratuities are extra.
