Vincent became a certified Personal Fitness Trainer in 2012 and has been gaining experience ever since. In 2013 he received his certification in TRX Team training. His history in training goes back much farther than 2012, having been involved in martial arts both as a student and instructor since 2006. Over the years Vincent has worked with people from all walks of life, from athletes and fighters to people that just want to make positive changes in their lives.
Vincent has a love for all manner of physical activity and believes that the most important components to creating healthier lifestyles are discipline and consistency.
