Ian’s life eventually led him to his real passion, Yoga in 2010 when he started his practice. Ian became a teacher in 2014 and has internationally recognized yoga teacher certifications including the method and practices of Ashtanga yoga. Ian has a daily practice of Mysore style Asthanga yoga and meditation. As a teacher every student is treated as an individual, working patiently, compassionately, and respectfully with each student and their needs.
