Fitness Centre

Our 8073 square foot newly renovated Fitness Centre, with fully equipped gym and separate aerobics studio is ideal for a complete workout.

We offer a wide range of fitness programming for adults, youth and children. Our programs include aerobics and spinning for cardiovascular fitness; pilates, yoga and yogaletes for balance, core strength and flexibility; muscle sculpt and circuit programs for weight training! If it’s personal training you are looking for, our certified personal trainers are available to assist you by designing a program to meet your individual needs.

Our Goal...

To create a positive fitness experience in a clean, well equipped and safe environment. We will strive to offer our Members quality fitness instruction, personal training and facility supervision.

Attire
All those using any areas of the facility must be dressed appropriately. For the fitness room, we kindly ask that those wear clean, indoor shoes. This will preserve the quality of the equipment and overall facility. Lastly, we ask that all those participating in any sport are dressed in the appropriate attire. Please no jeans, cut-offs or muscles shirts.

Age Policy
Children ages 12-14: Must have a fitness orientation or approval from the Fitness Director before using the gym. They must also have a parent/guardian, 18 or older, with them and supervising them at all times. The fitness orientation or approval must be completed before they can be booked into the gym/studio.

Children ages 15-17: Must have a fitness orientation or approval from Fitness Director before they can be booked into the gym/studio.

Children under the age of 12: Are not allowed to enter the gym/studio for any reason, unless they are training with a WWC employee.
