There will be no 6:30 am class Zoom class on Friday, July 3rd, however we will have new online content posted today for members to enjoy if they are wanting to get an early morning workout in tomorrow!
6:30 AM FRIDAY BOOTCAMP BLITZ RETURNS TO THE CLUB NEXT WEEK
Based on member feedback, we are thrilled to bring back our 6:30 am Friday Summer Bootcamp Blitz with Caitlin. The class will return to the Club next Friday, July 10th live at the WWC for members to enjoy!
CLASS SIZE MAX NOW 8
Our fitness class sizes have now officially increased to a max of 8 participants from our previous max of 6.
ALL CLASS REGISTRATIONS GO THROUGH THE FRONT DESK
We ask that all members register for both gym use and class registration through the front desk.

Babysitting will be closed Thursday, July 2nd and Friday, July 3rd. We will begin our summer hours on Monday, July 6th. Be sure to go over your Covid-19 Member Manual prior to visiting. Please remember to book in for your care by calling or emailing the Front Desk for either of the available booking times: 9:00 am -11:00 am or 11:30 -1:30 pm. Reminder that your children must be picked up promptly to ensure proper sanitization.

There will be no private and semi private skating lessons on Thursday, July 2nd as the Club will be open reduced hours.
- No drop ins. You must book with the Front Desk prior to visiting up to 2 days in advance.
- Arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled time for General Skating, General Hockey and Open Ice. Leave promptly at end of your scheduled times to reduce your time at the Club. Do not congregate in the parking lot before or after your ice time.
- No equipment, including pucks, will be loaned. Please be sure to bring all of your own items.
- Adhere to all distancing rules.
- Sanitize your hands before entering the arena.
- Skate tying can be done in the Skating Lounge but otherwise arrive already dressed or visit the men’s or ladies’ locker areas to change before and after your skate.
- No arena dressing rooms are provided during Open Ice, General Skate or General Hockey
- You must bring your own filled water bottles. The water coolers are not available at this time
- NO SPITTING
There are 3 types of member skating times available. Be sure you know the rules for each type of session and contact the Front Desk to book in your visit. You can book up to 2 days in advance. Our schedule is also posted online for you to view the times we have available.Make sure you know all the appropriate protocol from our Covid-19 Member Manual and have signed your Member Declaration before your first visit.
General Skate times are set aside for the enjoyment of members. There are no sticks or pucks allowed on the ice at these times and children under the age of 7 must be supervised by an adult. Please check the skating schedule for General Skate times.
General Hockey times are set aside for the enjoyment of members. Sticks and pucks are allowed on the ice during these times, skaters are required to wear a helmet and children under the age of 7 must be supervised by an adult. Pick up hockey is not allowed during General Hockey. This ice is not meant to run a practice session with multiple people. No pylons or other equipment is permitted. If you are looking to run a skills practice session, you can rent ice privately. Please check the skating schedule for General Hockey and Skate times.
Open Ice is shared between all members whether you are just coming for a skate or bringing your stick and puck. Please check the skating schedule for Open Ice times.

We have added an additional week of Tri Racquet Camps at the end of August from August 31st - September 4th. Our 3 other weeks for the summer are already full. If you would like to get your child on the waiting list for any of our first 3weeks, please contact reception.
The week of July 6th and the week of July 13th will see the squash and tennis courts in use for the camp during the morning, and in the afternoon the badminton courts and swimming pool will be in use. For more information on our camps or to register for week 4, please visit our website.

Phase 3 has granted us the ability to play doubles without being from the same household. I encourage everyone to read the rules and regulations before booking courts. A reminder that courts can be booked online.
