We are pleased to be able to make clean disinfectant bottles and towels available to members for wiping down equipment before and after use. These bottles and towels are available on the table to your left as you enter the Fitness Facility.

BOTTLE AND TOWEL DROP OFF WHEN DONE

We ask that when you are done your workout that you drop the bottle in the red container and towel in the laundry bin at the door, when leaving the Fitness Facility.

SUPPLY OF BOTTLES

We ask that if you are having any issues with your disinfectant spray bottle that you leave it directly outside the Fitness Director office door. We have also noticed quite a few bottles, beyond those that are not working, have disappeared from the gym, we ask kindly that all spray bottles stay in the Gym and are not removed from the area, thank you.

WATER BOTTLES

With all this hot weather lately hydration isn't just a matter of performance, it can also be a matter of safety. Be sure you are bringing as much water as you think you need and then some when visiting the WWC.

FITNESS CLASS REGISTRATION REMINDER

Another friendly reminder, members must register through the front desk for all fitness programming prior to attending.

6:30 AM FRIDAY BOOTCAMP BLITZ RETURNS TO THE CLUB NEXT WEEK

Based on member feedback, we are thrilled to bring back our 6:30 am Friday Summer Bootcamp Blitz with Caitlin. The class will return to the Club next Friday, July 10th live at the WWC for members to enjoy!

CLASS SIZE MAX NOW 8

Our fitness class sizes have now officially increased to a max of 8 participants from our previous max of 6.

We thank you all who have given us your feedback on the Fitness Facility thus far. It does not matter if the feedback is positive or constructive as all feedback is welcome. We continue to take this feedback into account to improve your WWC experience currently and to help shape programming for the summer and the upcoming fall sessions.

PLEASE DO NOT SPRAY DIGITAL SCREENS DIRECTLY

As a friendly reminder, we ask that you spray the towel that you are using with your disinfectant bottle and then wipe the digital screens with the towel versus spraying the disinfectant on the screen directly.

CLEANING REMINDER FOR EQUIPMENT

Most of our members have been amazing over the last few weeks but we kindly ask that you please be sure to carry a bottle of disinfectant and a towel with you for your whole workout. Having these items with you will help remind you to use the disinfectant on all equipment before and after use.

PLEASE PUT EQUIPMENT AWAY AFTER USE AND CLEANING

If the weights or equipment are left out on the floor throughout the gym, we can only assume they have not been wiped down and disinfected. This affects other members ease of use of the equipment in the gym. Please be sure to wipe down and put away all items when done using them.

JACOB HAS MOVED

Due to member feedback and looking to optimize space and equipment usage, we have moved the Jacobs Ladder up onto the Stretching Platform to your left as you enter the gym.

FITNESS PROGRAMMING HAS RETURNED

We are excited to be back offering fitness programming for our members again. We have returned with a modified schedule as we continue to gather member feedback which will be factored in to determining programming over the next few months and beyond.

REGISTERING FOR FITNESS CLASSES

TRX BOOTCAMP RETURNS ON MONDAYS AT 6:00 PM

Join us for this workout designed to get your heart rate up and muscles working hard. A studio based warm-up, followed by a modified station by station structure, while taking safety protocols into account, with a nice stretch to wrap up the class.

THE STUDIO SHAKE UP ON TUESDAYS AT 9:15 AM

This studio based workout brings in a variety of exercises and equipment to help put you through a well designed workout with lots of modifications available. Come on into the studio, set up your station with the equipment that only you will be handling and get moving for this great workout.

EARLY BIRD STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASS ON WEDNESDAYS AT 6:15 AM

A high intensity workout to kick start your day. The style and structure of this class is constantly changing from modified circuits to pyramids to super sets to HIIT / Tabatta style and more. Come ready to work hard for this one.

MODIFIED CIRCUIT CHAOS CLASS ON WEDNESDAYS AT 6:00 PM

As the title states, this one is a modified circuit style class taking your safety into account while still having you work hard to get fitter and stronger. Think of this class as a series of stations with multiple exercises done back to back at each station before you move onto the next station. We are taking many precautions and changes to our previous circuit structure for this one while still offering a solid workout.

STUDIO FITNESS FRENZY ON THURSDAYS AT 9:15 AM

High energy, high tempo and high volume! This class brings the energy and may leave you feeling energized while at the same time zapped of energy depending on how hard you are planning to work. This workout is a full body workout with a mix of body weight, free weight and cardio exercises.

 ZOOM AT HOME WORKOUT ON FRIDAYS AT 6:30 AM

Online if you prefer. We are still offering our Friday morning classes on Zoom at 6:30 am. The workout will be posted on our YouTube channel Friday morning as well. If you do not currently get the email Zoom invites, please let me know and I will add you to the list.
