Come join us this Thursday, September 7th at 6:00 p.m.in the Fitness Studio, as we introduce our new TA-BO class. TA-BO is the perfect fusion of Tabatta H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training) and boxing and striking. A class that is great for any level with a wide variety of variations to fit where you are at now and to adapt as you progress. All equipment needed will initially be provided by the Club.

This week will be our last week of Summer Fitness Fun, with Friday, September 1st being the last day of our summer programming.

We will be running our Summer programs this week and next, up until September 1st!

We kindly ask that when using your cell phone for calls to be considerate of other members. If you need to answer a call while working out please complete the call in private as to not disturb other members.

We have a variety of Fitness Classes offered throughout the Summer this year. Summer classes will run until Friday, September 1st. Please check out our Summer Program Guide online for all the fitness programming details.
