As the weather begins to get a bit chillier and many have now closed up their cabins we are all set for our weekend fitness programming to begin.  Please check the program guide for full details on all class offered.

With the Thanksgiving Holiday Monday next week we will not be running any of our regular fitness programming with normal programming resuming first thing Tuesday, October 10th.

With many of our 9:30 a.m. morning classes being very well attended this fall, please be sure to make sure you are there a few minutes early prior to the start of class to be ready to go.

Our Active Living for Older Adults Class is back in full swing starting this Thursday, September 21st at 10:45 a.m. in the Fitness Studio.  Please contact the Front Desk to Register.

This week is our first full week back on Monday to Friday programming and over our first few days so far attendance in most programs has been incredible!
