We hope all our members had a safe and happy holiday season. With that being said it is time to shift things into high gear for another fun session of fitness programming here at the WWC.

WINTER FITNESS PROGRAMMING STARTS MONDAY

NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS

As a suggestion to all our members who are planning to begin implementing their New Year's Resolutions, here is a fun suggestion to help you reach your goals over and over again. May I suggest rather then making your resolution a single result, such as losing 5 pounds, make it more of a long term lifestyle resolution, such as working out or getting your heart rate elevated with exercise 3-5 times per week to start.

GYM FOOTWEAR REMINDER

With the salty, sandy roads and sidewalks in our great city during the Winter, we kindly ask that all members remove their outdoor footwear before entering the Fitness Facility.

THE FEBRUARY FITNESS CHALLENGE IS ALMOST HERE
