This week will be our last week of Summer Fitness Fun, with Friday, September 1st being the last day of our summer programming.

FALL FITNESS PROGRAMMING STARTS NEXT TUESDAY!

We will be jumping right into the start of fall programming right after September long weekend this year. Regular fall fitness programming is set to start on Tuesday, September 5th.
