This year we will be joined by our guest Sommelier Flavia, who will take you through wine tasting and flavour coupling to help make your next dinner party the talk of the town.

1ST COURSE:

MB Pickerel mousse muffins with chopped shrimp and scallops finished with lemon essence truffle cream 

2ND COURSE

Smoked pork belly, carmelized pearl onions and peaches finished with plum gastric

3RD COURSE

Pan seared chicken supreme, creamy clam, smoked chipotle and bacon nappa cabbage

4TH COURSE

Smoked sirloin steak with carmelized carrots and onions and porcini mushroom beef glaze

5TH COURSE

Roasted sliced venison loin with chantelle mushroom mash, roasted carrots and drizzled chocolate

6TH COURSE

Fresh raspberry and peppered strawberries finished with lemon peppercorn sabayon
